You can read ImplantVeria without an account, advertising tracking or audience analytics. This notice explains data processing when pages are delivered and when you contact the publisher.

Hosting on Cloudflare Pages
Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., United States, delivers these static pages. Connection data such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information are processed to deliver and protect the website and investigate faults. Cloudflare describes its handling of visitors’ information and security purposes in its privacy policy.
No advertising or analytics integrations
The site loads no advertising, audience analytics scripts, social media widgets or externally hosted fonts. There are no accounts, contact forms or newsletters. Its application code does not set cookies or put visitor data in browser local storage. This is separate from any technical protection measures used by the hosting provider.
Search and the cost worksheet
Search downloads a public article index and filters it in your browser. Search terms appear in the URL and may therefore appear in browser history and technical access data when a page is loaded again. Do not enter names, diagnoses or other confidential information. Worksheet amounts are calculated in the browser, are not stored and are not sent to a calculation service.
Contact by email
If you email me, I use your sender address, message and voluntarily supplied details to answer your enquiry or investigate a correction. The mailbox [email protected] uses Gmail, so Google processes the message and associated technical data. Google identifies Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, as the controller of its services for users in Switzerland. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive information.
Recipients and international processing
Cloudflare and Google operate international infrastructure. Processing outside Switzerland, including in the United States and, for Google, Ireland, is possible. Their privacy notices explain the transfer mechanisms used. Cloudflare also lists its subprocessors and their locations; its data processing addendum sets out processing on customers’ behalf. This site does not share contact details for advertising.
Purposes and retention
I limit processing to operating this publication securely and handling incoming enquiries. Where the GDPR applies, processing for these purposes relies on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f); retention required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c).
Email correspondence is retained only while needed to handle the enquiry, document a correction or meet an existing legal obligation. Personal details no longer needed are deleted. Technical hosting data are subject to Cloudflare’s purpose-based retention criteria; I do not set a single fixed number of days for every category held by the provider.
Your privacy rights
You may request access to data about you and correction of inaccurate details, and seek deletion or an end to unlawful processing within the limits of applicable law. Where the GDPR applies, rights to object and restrict processing also apply subject to their legal conditions. Use the contact details above; proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may report a data protection concern to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or another competent supervisory authority.
